The denim 5-pocket have a relaxed fit. They feature authentic details based on store brand work pants from the 1950s and 1960s, such as a zip fly with a secure rise, watch pocket, and rivets on each pocket. The relaxed fit is easy to wear casually and dress up. The pattern is loose around the waist and hips, and has a loose hemline.
The fabric is created using an old-fashioned loom, the tension on the warp threads is loosened and the weft threads are firmly driven in to create a textured denim. It is finished with a sanforized process that does not use water, without any burning or skew processing. It has an atmosphere similar to unprocessed gray fabric (kibata), and although it is double width, it has the feel of selvedge denim.
