At Infinite Definite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to initiate a return request and receive your unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

  Ship Your Item

  Send the package back to our flagship store using a trackable courier service of your choice to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team inspects the arrival, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
